The Hacienda is like two homes under one roof! The main home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, Arctic entry, and laundry room. Each of the guest rooms feature a comfy queen bed as well as a full size secondary bed. The lower level contains a separate apartment with external entry. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, living area, and laundry room. Outside is ample parking as well as a cozy fire pit for relaxing on those cool nights.

1970âs - The completion of the George Parks Highway connects Healy, a quiet coal mining town, with nearby Denali National Park, Anchorage, and Fairbanks. Economic development brings population growth and the creation of the Tri Valley Subdivision to meet growing community housing needs.
1978 - The McFarlands design and build several properties around Healy including their own home. Due to itâs one of a kind (in interior Alaska) stucco exterior and red tile roof, it gets named âLa Hacienda.â
1980âs+ - La Hacienda becomes a Bed & Breakfast when the basement area is converted into additional living space. Over the years, the Home changes hands several times.
2009 - Brad (originally from Texas) falls in love with Alaska and starts working seasonal jobs in the Denali/Healy area, eventually starting his own small aviation business.
2014 - Jordan (originally from California) joins Brad in the Alaskan aviation business and they partner to expand into new ventures as well.
2017 - Brad and Jordan purchase âLa Haciendaâ and rebrand it as the âHacienda Inn.â Many upgrades are made and the bedroom furnishings are all new. We welcome you to our new home, are happy to share our knowledge of the area, and would be honored to have you as our guest.
